The tureen is signed on the base, having the old trademark, Franciscan Ware Made in California USA Hand Decorated. The base is in mint condition, having no chips, cracks, scratches, or stains. The lid is in near mint condition, having no chips, cracks, scratches, or stains. There is a flea bite on the glaze, being found on the inner rim. The lid is also signed, Made in USA. A nice tureen.
